- Turn right onto the AZ-89A N ramp to AZ-69
- Keep left, follow signs for Prescott Valley/Sedona/Flagstaff
- Merge onto AZ-89A N/Pioneer Pkwy
- Take exit 319 for Granite Dells Pkwy S
- Merge onto Granite Dells Parkway
- Turn right onto Centerpointe E Dr
- Turn left onto Side Rd
- Granite Dells Storage will be on the right
From Chino Valley, AZ:
- Head south on AZ-89 S toward Private Rd
- At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on AZ-89 S
- Keep right to stay on AZ-89 S
- At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto AZ-89
- At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on AZ-89
- Use the left lane to turn left onto the AZ-89A N ramp to AZ-69
- Keep left, follow signs for Prescott Valley/Sedona/Flagstaff
- Merge onto AZ-89A N/Pioneer Pkwy
- Take exit 319 for Granite Dells Pkwy S
- Merge onto Granite Dells Parkway
- Turn right onto Centerpointe E Dr
- Turn left onto Side Rd

From Dewey, AZ:
- Head south toward S Dewey Rd
- Turn left onto S Dewey Rd
- Turn left onto E Prescott Dells Rd

- Take exit 319 for Granite Dells Parkway

I have to give them a 5 star rating since it's the most well-built and secure storage facility I have ever rented a space in. Plus, they have not just covered the grounds with asphalt or concrete, like other places I have been in - they have covered the entire place with brick! That's a big expense but so nice to see, and clean to drive on. And their entry gate looks like something a tank would have a problem getting through! :) They also have restrooms at the end of each building and the restrooms are large and very clean. That's unusual as well. And Rain in the office is an example of what customer service should be like. She was super helpful over the phone when I needed an 18 wheeler accessible space on short notice. She helped with a satellite image description and everything. I'm very positively impressed with this company and the staff.“

I stored here for about 6 months. The place is nice and clean. The only issue is the wind can blow sand into your unit since there's open desert all around the facility. Autopay is convenient and the staff is very friendly.“
